Cancellation policy

Due to the many moods of Mother Nature we reserve the right to cancel if we deem the conditions unsafe or unsuitable. We understand that for many reasons peoples plans may change. Whether it's due to an illness, accident or a simple change of heart, we may have incurred costs in taking your booking and/or turned away other interested parties.

Cancellation by Clients before Game Date 48 hours notice prior to booked date, no money will be deducted. Combat Zone reserves the right to deduct money from any person who has not given 48hrs notice when cancelling their booking at a maximum of $20 per person. ie. booking for 8 = $160.
